Academic License Pricing
The cost for a CommuniCoach departmental license is a one-time fee of $4,500. The cost for an institutional license is $9,000. This means that your department or institution can use CommuniCoach on any number of computers for both instructors and students, depending on which license is purchased. The institutional license applies to graduate schools (business, medical, law, etc) and organizations such as nursing schools.
We also offer an optional annual support package for a fee of $675 (departmental) or $1,350 (institutional). This provides you with access to our web site and help line for support issues, and also new versions of the software as they are released. This support service is free for the first year and we highly recommend it for subsequent years.
There are two different versions of CommuniCoach – one that runs on an internal network and one that can run across the Internet. There are advantages to each but the pricing is the same.
Corporate License Pricing
For businesses, the cost for CommuniCoach is $9,000.
Hosting Service Pricing
We also offer a CommuniCoach web hosting service. We provide the computer server, server software, server administration, all required disk space, and a very high speed Internet connection here at our location. As part of this option you get free support, and new versions as they are released. The fee for this service has two components. The first is an annual subscription fee of $7,500. The second is a usage fee based on the amount of disk space used per month. This fee is $50 times the maximum number gigabytes of disk space used on any day during the month.
Anytime after the first year, you have the option to bring the software in-house for a one-time fee of $1,000. This is a good way to get the benefits of CommuniCoach right away without investing time and money in hardware, software and administration. Plus, you always have the option to bring it "in-house" when you’re ready.
The hosting service is available to both academic and corporate customers.
